The living quarters look like they have never been used. It has a queen size pillow top mattress, a 2 burner cook top, a refrigerator, a furnace, roof top air conditioning, a fold out couch, high quality cabinets, high quality, all wood doors, a flat screen tv and a blue tooth radio.
It rolls on tandem 8 lug 7,000 lbs. axles and has a spare tire.
It has a 50 amp service and the garage has been framed for a second roof air unit.
There is ample outside LED and flood lighting, including a full length LED light strip under the awning.
The garage is 20' long with 18' of floor space.
In between the wheel wells is 82".
