Description
2016 Heartland North Trail 248 BHS bumper pull RV. This is a 28' RV and it weighs 5350 LBS. The interior has been remodeled. The previous owner did a little paint and wallpaper and it actually looks pretty good! There is a 2nd outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, a sink and a propane grill top. The A/C, the heat, the hot water heater and the water pump all work as they should. It has 1 slide-out, but it's a pretty big one, it covers the living room and kitchen area. It also has a power awning. The tires are on nice aluminum wheels and have late 2019 and early 2020 date codes.
So you won't have to replace them for a while. The RV comes with a garden hose, grey and black water drain hoses, a 30 amp power cord and an adapter for plugging into a 50 amp circuit outlet. It has 1 flat screen TV in the kitchen that will rotate into the bedroom with the pulling of one pin. This is a nice and clean little RV that won't break your budget.
