Description

There are many Cobra replicas out there, but the Superformance stands above the rest. These cars are built in South Africa as complete less motor and transmission. The quality is top shelf. If you are unfamiliar with the brand, please visit Superformance.com. This Superformance features a Roush 427 R crate engine and a Holly fuel injection system. The car was professionally dyno and street tuned by M2K Motorsports. They are known for their work on standing mile Ford GT race cars. Check them out at M2kmotorsports.com. M2k performed about $20,000 of the modifications including: fuel injection/tune, March billet serpentine belt conversion, custom radiator expansion tank, custom 2” stainless header and collectors, and a high torque Hitachi starter. All Superformance headers are necked down at the exhaust ports and do not match up well to the Roush cylinder heads. Also, the merge collectors on the side pipes are very restrictive. We addressed that issue with the custom stainless headers and collectors. We then ceramic coated the entire system. We upgraded the coolant bottle, which is not very well done from the factory. The car also received $5,000 in additional upgrades. It features Cobra valley rear shock braces and a full coil over system from Cobra Valley with upgraded springs and revalved shocks. We also have the matching sway bars that were installed. There was a two year wait to get the sway bars. The car has the upgraded Roush shifter and Roush steering wheel. The car also includes a stainless radiator and oil cooler guard from Olthoff Racing that is new in the box.. It also features Cobra Valley hand fitted, no bind ball joints. The car includes the 15” knock off wheels and tires and the Moto Lita wooden wheel. The car also includes the soft top and cock pit cover that has never been installed. This is perhaps the most sorted and tastefully modified Superformance Cobra you will ever see. The Roush 427R with a fuel injection system is the absolute best powerplant for these cars. If you are looking for the best of what Superformance offers, this car is your ticket.
